Shannon is the Founder & Lead Designer of Essenn Studio. With a background in Business (Management), Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Visual Merchandising, she has always sat comfortably at the intersection of structure and creativity ~ where systems, strategy and design come together.

Her career has evolved across administration, business systems and creative design, enabling her to blend the practical with the visual. Her experience in Visual Merchandising strengthened her understanding of customer behaviour, brand perception and cohesive presentation ~ strengths she now applies to website design, branding and professionally crafted Capability Statements. She thrives on helping businesses not only look professional, but operate seamlessly ~ through thoughtfully built websites, refined visual assets and streamlined systems that simplify day-to-day operations.

Shannon works closely with a diverse range of industries, with particular experience supporting construction and building companies, plumbers, mechanics, landscapers and trades-based businesses, as well as business strategists, health and wellness professionals, and beauty brands. She understands the unique operational demands of both hands-on, site-based industries and client-facing service businesses ~ and designs solutions that reflect the professionalism and credibility they require.
